What happened
The Hong Kong Government has given its support in principle to nine accelerator applications under the Pilot Innovation & Technology Accelerator Scheme. The selected organisations possess extensive networks and resources in areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and biomedicine.
They will provide value-added services to accelerate the growth of innovation and technology companies in Hong Kong.
The scheme aims to attract I&T enterprise service providers to set up accelerator bases in the city and support the development of I&T enterprises.
