What happened
The Hong Kong Digital Policy Office has announced the introduction of an AI Assistant feature in the latest version of the iAM Smart mobile application. The AI Assistant will answer enquiries about government services, providing information on public services, eligibility criteria, and step-by-step instructions.
Users can activate the AI Assistant by updating to the latest version of the app and tapping the Swifty icon on the homepage.
The feature will be rolled out gradually through official application stores from today through to late October.
