Rare Celestial Alignment Captured by Photographer

Astronomer Petr Horalek from the Institute of Physics Opava in the Czech Republic captured a rare and unexpected alignment of a plane, the International Space Station, and the Sun. The image, taken in June, shows the plane's silhouette passing in front of the Sun, while the space station is visible in the background. This alignment is extremely rare, with an estimated chance of 30 million to one for any random Sun image to contain silhouettes of both a space station and an airplane from the same location. The image was taken with precise timing to record the space station passing before the Sun.
