Bilt Adds Amtrak as First Rail Transfer Partner

Bilt has partnered with Amtrak Guest Rewards, allowing members to transfer points at a 2:1 ratio. Starting September 23, Bilt members can transfer points to Amtrak Guest Rewards via the Bilt website or app. This means that for every 1,000 Bilt Points, members will get 500 Amtrak points. Transfers will complete almost instantaneously, and members can transfer points in increments of 1,000 Bilt points, with a minimum of 1,000 Bilt points per transfer. Amtrak points can be redeemed for travel to over 500 destinations in 46 states and parts of Canada, including popular routes like the Northeast Corridor. Amtrak points expire after 24 months without qualifying earning or redemption activity, so members should only transfer points when planning to book an award journey. This partnership is notable since Amtrak hasn't partnered with a major transferable points program since 2015.
