What happened
The US Open is back in New York City, and with it, the exclusive lounges of Chase and American Express. Both credit card companies are offering their cardholders a chance to relax and recharge in style. The Chase Lounge will be open to Chase customers on a first-come, first-served basis during Fan Week, while reservations will be required for the main draw of the tournament.
The lounge will offer a bar with matcha lattes, light bites, and live coverage of the matches. American Express, on the other hand, will operate two lounges: the Amex Centurion Lounge and the American Express Card Member Lounge.
The Centurion Lounge will be open to Platinum and Centurion cardholders via same-day reservations, while the Card Member Lounge will be open to all Amex cardmembers. Both lounges will offer a range of amenities, including food, drinks, and a place to sit and cool off.
