What happened
A new tool, RemoveMacAI, allows Mac users to easily turn off Apple Intelligence on macOS 27. Unlike previous versions, macOS 27 Golden Gate does not have a toggle for disabling Apple Intelligence.
This makes it difficult to free up storage space taken up by AI models.
The command-line tool provides a fully reversible way to disable Apple Intelligence, which can take up significant space on the disk.
