India Regains Contact with 50 Indians; 275 Still Missing in Nepal

India has reestablished contact with 50 of its nationals who were missing after a recent disaster in Nepal, according to the Ministry of External Affairs. The total number of missing Indians remains at 275. The Indian Embassy in Kathmandu, along with its counterpart in Beijing, is actively coordinating with Nepali authorities, local agencies, and other stakeholders to conduct search, rescue, and relief operations. The ministry emphasized that the embassies are working closely to ensure efficient communication and resource deployment.
