GrapheneOS to Support Motorola Smartphones, Including Foldables, Next Year
WHY IT MATTERS
This development brings enhanced security and privacy options to Motorola smartphone users, particularly those with foldable devices.
What happened
GrapheneOS, an open-source version of Android prioritizing security and privacy, will support Motorola smartphones starting next year. Initial support will be for traditional flagships, followed by Motorola's foldable phones, including the Razr Fold and Razr Ultra.
The Razr Ultra will be the first flip phone to officially run GrapheneOS.
