U. S. President Donald Trump has spoken out about his son's wedding expenses, stating that Donald Trump Jr.
has repaid Umar Kremlev, head of the International Boxing Association, for part of the cost of his wedding in the Bahamas. Trump made the comment during a press conference, where he also mentioned hosting wedding parties for numerous people at his Mar-a-Lago Club in Florida. The statement comes after an investigation by ProPublica reported that Kremlev had paid part of the wedding expenses.
Congressional Democrats have opened an inquiry into the matter, but U. S. Attorney General Todd Blanche has stated that he has no plans to investigate Kremlev's possible role in organizing the wedding.
