Florida’s claim comes after a series of industry‑wide warnings about catastrophic misalignment risk, including the Hugging Face hacking incident. OpenAI announced on Friday that it has halted training of its most capable models until it can validate safety protocols that prevent agents from accessing the open Internet during training.
