What happened
Students in North Macedonia are using an anonymous online platform called Digital Student Voice to report problems related to higher education and student life. The platform, created by the youth-led media outlet Studentarija, aims to identify recurring patterns and document structural challenges.
Students can anonymously report issues such as delays in scholarships, deteriorating living conditions, and administrative obstacles.
The platform has received around 100 reports in its first month and has identified clear patterns of systemic problems, including delays in scholarship payments and poor living conditions in student dormitories.
