Financial Secretary Paul Chan participated in the Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in Doha, Qatar. He attended the opening ceremony, the AIIB Board of Governors session, and the Governors' Business Roundtable.
