Chief Executive John Lee addressed the ceremony in a video message, highlighting Hong Kong's role in promoting Chinese culture. Secretary for Culture, Sports & Tourism Rosanna Law emphasized the importance of the event in deepening cultural exchanges between Sichuan and Hong Kong.
