Turning Point USA Prep Year Program Graduates First Class

Turning Point USA's prep year program, an alternative to traditional college, has graduated its first class of 34 students. The program, which aims to instill wisdom and character in young Americans, was founded by Charlie Kirk and implemented by Dr. David Arnott after Kirk's assassination in 2026. The program focuses on classical, liberal arts education and Socratic teaching methods, with a goal of preparing students for life beyond college. The first class has seen students pursue various paths, including college and the trades, with some receiving scholarships. The program will expand to Elgin, Illinois, and Fort Worth this fall, with plans to take in 35 to 50 students.
