What happened
Hyundai Motor and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) have launched a joint program in Ghana to train skilled automotive technicians. The 'Hyundai-KOICA NextGen' initiative is part of KOICA's Inclusive Business Solution (IBS) program, which combines corporate resources with official development assistance.
The program will be funded by Hyundai Motor and KOICA, with a total budget of 5 billion KRW.
The goal is to strengthen Ghana's workforce development system and provide young people with the skills needed to succeed in the automotive industry.
