What happened

The program features five elite tiers—Club, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond—each unlocking higher bonus points, complimentary upgrades and guaranteed room availability. Cardholders can receive automatic Silver or Gold status, and spend thresholds on the Premier, Premier Select or Business cards can earn Platinum or Diamond status by year‑end.
