Lady’s Choice Launches Baon Buddies School Takeover to Promote Nutrition Among Kids
WHY IT MATTERS
By embedding nutrition education in schools and involving families, the campaign supports healthier habits that can reduce childhood obesity and improve learning.
What happened
Lady’s Choice has rolled out its Baon Buddies School Takeover, a parent‑kid‑school partnership aimed at embedding healthy eating into everyday routines. The campaign, launched in celebration of Nutrition Month, partners with the Department of Education to bring nutrition education directly into classrooms and school canteens.
Activities include nutrition explainers, sandwich‑making workshops, an “Omega‑sigla” quiz bee, and sampling of the brand’s Meaty Spreads, which feature real meat and farm‑fresh eggs rich in Omega‑3 and 6. By involving children in preparing their baon, the program turns healthy choices into a shared conversation and seeks to hit 70,000 sampling touches nationwide.
The initiative hopes to make nutritious meals a natural part of school life, supporting better energy, focus, and long‑term wellness.
