Mechanism Unveils First Switch 2 Case with Modular Design
WHY IT MATTERS
The Basecase's modular design and protection features make it an attractive option for Switch 2 owners, offering a convenient and customizable way to use their console.
What happened
Mechanism, a company known for its innovative accessories, has released its first Switch 2 case, the Basecase. Priced at $49, this snap-on shell protects the console, makes Joy-Con use more comfortable, and features modularity.
The case allows for the full range of the Switch 2's kickstand and access to all ports. It also integrates with Mechanism's modular lineup of mounts, expanding mounting options.
The company's previous product, the $19 Basegrip, offered various mounting possibilities, but the Basecase provides additional protection and comfort.
