NASA’s Freedom 250 F‑5 Team to Fly Over NFL Games, Engage Fans in New York and Cleveland

What happened
NASA’s Inspiration Tour will feature a flyover by the Freedom 250 F‑5 team during the national anthem at the Cleveland Browns‑Carolina Panthers game on Sept. 27, 2026, and a kickoff flyover for the New York Jets‑Cleveland Browns game on Oct. 11, 2026. NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman will pilot one of three F‑5 jets.
Before the Jets game, NASA team members will host fans at the Experience Zone in the Jets Tailgate Zone from 10 a. m. to 1 p. m.
EDT, offering interactive games, a photo opportunity with a large inflatable SLS rocket, and information about the Artemis lunar program. Isaacman will be available for limited media interviews during the game. The tour will culminate in the MAX POWER exposition at Kennedy Space Center on Nov. 7‑8, celebrating America’s 250th anniversary and showcasing next‑generation aerospace technology.
