Palestinian High Judicial Council Unveils Mizan 3, Next‑Gen Digital Justice Platform
WHY IT MATTERS
Mizan 3 streamlines case handling, boosts transparency, and expands online access, reducing delays for citizens and lawyers and reinforcing the judiciary’s capacity to deliver timely justice across the occupied Palestinian territory.
What happened
On 9 September 2026 the High Judicial Council launched Mizan 3, a new generation of its electronic case‑management and justice‑services system. The launch, attended by Prime Minister Dr.
Mohammad Mustafa and representatives from the UN Sawasya Joint Programme, marks a milestone in a 25‑year digital‑transformation effort. Mizan 3 is designed to accelerate procedures, improve case and information management, strengthen connectivity among justice institutions, and broaden electronic services for citizens and lawyers.
The system builds on the earlier Mizan platform, which has become a core pillar of Palestine’s digital justice infrastructure. The council also announced the “Innovate with Mizan” initiative to encourage further development of digital tools for the sector.
