Hong Kong Government Reminds Wang Fuk Court Owners to Complete Sale Pacts

The Hong Kong Housing Bureau has issued a reminder to owners of Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po to complete the execution of an Agreement for Sale & Purchase (ASP) by October 15. This applies to owners who returned a signed Letter of Acceptance on or before August 31. The Government will consider alternative arrangements for owners facing special circumstances, such as clarifying flat titles or handling probate matters. Owners concerned will be informed before the deadline. The flat selection process for the Special Sales Exercise (SSE) for Wang Fuk Court owners began on September 29, and applicants who have signed an ASP are being invited to participate. The entire process is expected to be completed by the end of November.
