Pasykaf Marks 40 Years Supporting Cancer Patients in Cyprus

The Pancyprian Association of Cancer Patients and Friends (Pasykaf) has been providing psychological and social support to cancer patients and their families in Cyprus for 40 years. Deputy Social Welfare Minister Tina Pavlou emphasized the importance of support for families during difficult periods, stating that it can 'really make a difference. ' Pasykaf's services include psychosocial care, information, guidance, and referrals to other services, funded through the state aid scheme. The deputy ministry has continued its partnership with Pasykaf, including expedited process applications for cancer patients through internal procedures within the welfare benefits management service.
