South Sudan Establishes Sub-National Nutrition Clusters

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UN OCHA) has released Terms of Reference (ToR) for sub-national Nutrition Clusters in South Sudan. The ToR aims to establish a common basis for nutrition coordination at the state level, define clear lines of accountability, and set out a reporting and information-sharing mechanism. The sub-national clusters will prioritize specific cluster functions and be monitored and reviewed against these terms. The ToR complements individual scope of work documents for the Sub-National Nutrition Cluster Coordinator and other key roles.
