Southwest Adds 11 New Nonstop Routes From San Diego, Expanding U.S. and Mexico Network

Dallas‑based Southwest Airlines, the world’s largest low‑cost carrier, has announced 11 new nonstop routes from San Diego that will launch between March 2026 and March 2027. Eight of the routes are already operating, connecting San Diego to various U. S. and Mexican destinations. The remaining three routes are scheduled to begin service in the coming months. The expansion gives travelers more direct flight options from San Diego, cutting layovers and potentially lowering travel costs.
