Hong Kong Special Flat Sales Commence

The Special Sales Exercise for Wang Fuk Court owners has begun, with about 35 households participating in the first session. The Housing Bureau has issued invitation letters in batches, following a computer-generated random ballot. Applicants will attend flat selection sessions to select and purchase units, with the entire process expected to be completed by the end of November. A sales exhibition has been set up to help applicants understand different projects, featuring exhibition panels and information on each development project.
