The Northwestern Wildcats kicked off their season at the new $900 million Ryan Field, a modern NFL-style stadium. The team's new stadium and potential ease of academic standards could make them a force to be reckoned with in college football.
Meanwhile, the ladies of Oktoberfest are enjoying the fall season by crushing draft beers. The event is a popular celebration of German culture and beer.
