Hong Kong Launches Training Course on International Trade and Investment Legal Practice

This training course will help Hong Kong strengthen its capabilities in tackling emerging risks and challenges in international trade and investment, ultimately safeguarding the interests of economies in the region.
What happened
The Hong Kong International Legal Talents Training Academy and the Ministry of Commerce have jointly launched a five-day training course on international trade and investment legal practice. The course aims to enhance capacity in 'foreign-related rule of law' and covers topics such as evolving geopolitical landscapes, export controls, and dispute resolution.
Participants include senior experts from the Ministry of Commerce and officials from the Mainland and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government.
The course features speakers from the World Bank, law firms, and arbitral institutions.
