What happened
During the United Nations General Assembly, Nigeria’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Jimoh Ibrahim, confirmed that President Bola Tinubu and his family will travel through the United States without any movement restrictions. Ibrahim, who also chairs the UN Committee on Budget and Administration, stated that the president and his relatives cannot be arrested while attending the Assembly.
