ESA Astronaut Sophie Adenot Set for Second Spacewalk on 25 August

The second EVA demonstrates ESA’s ongoing human spaceflight operations and supports the continued maintenance and scientific work aboard the International Space Station.
What happened
After a successful EVA‑97 on Tuesday 18 August, ESA astronaut Sophie Adenot will again step into the vacuum of space for her second extravehicular activity, EVA‑98, scheduled for Tuesday 25 August.
The mission will be broadcast live, allowing viewers worldwide to witness Adenot’s second spacewalk.
The successful completion of EVA‑97 marked a milestone for ESA’s human spaceflight program, and the upcoming EVA‑98 will continue to showcase the agency’s expertise in conducting complex operations outside the International Space Station.
