What happened

The strike, which began on August 4, 2025, involved approximately 3,200 members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers District 837. The technicians, responsible for fighter and munitions production, rejected five initial contract proposals before approving the final deal on November 13.
The ratified contract includes a general wage increase and a ratification bonus, but drops the union's demand for a 401(k) match. Boeing's F-15EX deliveries have since resumed at full speed.
