What happened
The NASA Ames Research Center in California's Silicon Valley will conduct aircraft firefighting training from September 8 to 11. The training will use a propane-fueled simulator and take place from 8 a. m. to 8 p.
m. PDT. Although very little smoke is expected, flames may be visible to drivers on U.
S. Highway 101. The training aims to prepare first responders for various aircraft firefighting scenarios.
