NASA Unveils New Artemis Livery on Iconic T‑38 Training Jets

NASA has unveiled a fresh black‑and‑white livery with blue and red stripes on one of its T‑38 trainer jets, marking the first redesign of the aircraft in decades. The new paint scheme, designed by T‑38 project pilot Sean Brady, incorporates the Artemis program logo on the rear fuselage and a moon illustration on both sides. The update coincides with the agency’s push to return astronauts to the Moon under the Artemis program. The aircraft will continue to serve as a primary training platform for astronauts, now carrying the new visual identity during flight operations and public displays.
