Frontier Airlines Lowers Elite Diamond Threshold to 75,000 Points

Frontier Airlines announced on August 27 in Denver that it is lowering the Elite Diamond qualification threshold in its Frontier Miles loyalty program from 100,000 to 75,000 Elite Status Points. The change takes effect immediately, giving frequent flyers a faster route to the airline’s highest tier. In addition, the carrier will raise mileage and points earning rates for tickets purchased from September 1, 2026, further accelerating point accumulation. The move is aimed at rewarding loyal customers more quickly and encouraging continued travel with Frontier. Frequent flyers can now plan to reach Diamond status sooner and enjoy the associated benefits, such as priority boarding, extra baggage allowance, and complimentary upgrades.
